Shipping and Handling Charges We ship all our modules in multi-wall cardboard boxes with the module carefully packed in recyclable materials. All shipping costs are automatically calculated in our online store system, so that we are sure of providing the right service and invoice amount. 

Order Dispatch Timeframes Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

UK Orders We do not charge VAT and there are no custom charges. Shipping is via Royal Mail 24 Next Working Day service, this is a tracked and insured service. 

European and EU Orders Your order will attract local VAT and custom charges, and we attach a customs form on the package stating the value and detailed content of the purchase. 

As at 2025 the customs charge for Germany is 23% + €6. Remember we do not charge VAT, so the total cost is still lower than it we sold via dealers (VAT, customs + a dealer margin of 20%+).

The EU "de minimis" duty threshold is EUR150 (£120), which should mean you do not pay customes fees below £120. Your local VAT rate does apply to all shipments.

Northern Ireland Orders We no longer ship to NI due to significant delays, issues in customs handling, and problems with An Post returning orders undelivered. If the situation improves we will recommence shipping - apologies. 

USA Orders Shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, unless you request otherwise. We attach a customs form on the package stating the value and content of the purchase.

No VAT is charged on your order and shipments with a value under US$800 are within the current "de minimis" exemption, which means they are US duty-free.

Please check your order is under £600 to avoid US duty fees. US Tariffs may apply from April 2025, this page will be updated when we know more.

Canada Orders Shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked (signed is not available), unless you request otherwise. We attach a customs form on the package stating the value and content of the purchase.

Expect to pay 4% customs duty and 5% GST on importing our products into Canada.  Shipments with a value below CAD$20 are within the current "de minimis" exemption, but none of our products are at this price point.

Shipping Methods All our modules are shipped using tracked and insured shipping as your module is a valuable purchase.

If you cannot see a shipping cost in your basket when checking out it means we need to set a customised shipping cost, just drop us an email. We do not ship to South America, Africa, Russia, Asia (except Japan).

Minimal Packaging Our modules are packaged in plain corrugated cardboard boxes and internal padding (tissue paper and Hexcel) to protect them during transport and warehousing.

We don’t believe the additional cost (which would increase the price of our modules) and environmental impact associated with glossy packaging is worth it for the few minutes of visual impact before you add the module to your system. 

Safety Instructions & User Manual Hard copy safety instructions are included in the shipping box and the module box has a sticker with the User Manual download location on it.
