Welcome to AMSynths
£0.00

Overview These modules augment the Behringer 2500 Eurorack modules and the 2600 synthesizer that I helped create in 2021.

These designs are inspired by the aborted ARP plans to introduce more 2500 modules in 1970, as well as to expand the Sequencer Sub System which uses a rear facing position gate bus in the B1027/B1050.

  • AM1004P Expander - adds individual outs and mix to B1004
  • AM1026 Preset Voltages - expands the B1027
  • AM1028 Slave Module - adds an additional channel of control voltages to the B1027
  • AM1029 Rachet - adds precision ratching to the B1027
  • AM1031 Multipurpose Filter - an awesome SVF with five modes
  • AM1032 8-Channel Mixer & Distributor
  • AM1035 Triple Modulator - 3x four quadrant mulipliers
  • AM1037D Dual  Voltage Controlled Envelope Generator
  • AM1042 Triple Voltage Controlled Amplifier
  • AM1046 Quad Envelope Generator
  • AM1047K - adds the very useful keyboard percussion to the B1047
These 2600 style modules are inspired by the ARP 2600C of 1971 and have dark grey powder coated panels:
  • AM4012 - The original 24dB LPF, with added Q compensation
  • AM4017 - Grey Meanie 2600C VCO
The modules are currently in development and will be launched in Spring to Summer 2024.

AM1004P Oscillator Mixer
Details
AM1004P Oscillator Mixer
£49.00
This AM1004P module expands the capability of the Behringer 1004 VCO by adding the waveform mixer from the original ARP 1004P. The original circuit has been carefully replicated. The module delivers all five waveforms indepedently as well as mixing them into a single output.

AM1035 Triple Modulator & Mix

AM1035 Triple Modulator & Mix
£149.00
The AM1035 is a 14HP module that re-imagines a "lost" ARP module of the 2500 modular synthesizer. Prototypes of the original appeared in 1970 but the module never made it into production. The AMSynths module fills in a gap of synthesizer history for Eurorack. The module has three discrete four quadrant...

AM1042 Triple VCA
£129.00
The AM1042 is a 16HP module that re-imagines the "lost" ARP module of the 2500 modular synthesizer. Prototypes of the original appeared in 1970 but the module never made it into production. The AMSynths module fills in a gap of synthesizer history for Eurorack.

AM1047K Keyboard Percussion
Details
AM1047K Keyboard Percussion
£69.00
Description This 8HP module adds the missing keyboard percussion feature to the Behringer 1047 Multi Mode Filter, and enables percussive ringing tones to be generated from an attached CV and Gate keyboard (or sequencer). Originally the Gate, Trigger and Pitch signals were patched into the ARP 1047 using...

AM4012 Low Pass Filter
Details
AM4012 Low Pass Filter
£119.00
This 12HP module is a re-imagining of the ARP 4012 low-pass filter constructed around a traditional Moog transistor ladder. It has a wide cutoff range between 0 - 35kHz and goes into slef oscillation across the frequency range. The 4012 module first appeared in the ARP 2600 synthesizer in 1971, and it...
