OVERVIEW This 12HP module is a re-release of the AM8328 module of 2012, based on the CEM3328 chip and updated with SMD components. This is a truly limited edition of just 8 pieces.

The panel layout of the original AM8328 has been updated to match our 2500 modules, with white and blue LED's in the sliders, and blue Rogan RB67 knobs in the audio section.

DESCRIPTION The AM8328 has been carefully engineered to bring out the best from the CEM3328 chip, which has the unique feature of having inbuilt Q compensation, as well as an inverted phase input.

• Large number of inputs (3x audio, 4x CV), to mirror the 2500 matrix switch
• SMD PPS capacitors in the filter OTA's
• 10uF BP capacitors for DC coupling the two filter inputs.
• ARP 2500 control knobs with coloured spun aluminium inlays (Rogan RB-67)
• Black and silver phenolic control knob for frequency cutoff
• Bourns PTL20 LED slide pots with subtle white and blue LED's

The AM8328 maintains the volume level as Q is increased to self oscillation, the 2% PPS capacitors provide a truly quality soundscape, coupled with an amazing aluminum printed front panel design. 

CONNECTIONS There are eight 3.5 mm jack sockets on the anodised aluminium front panel:

• LEVEL 1 & 2 - audio signal inputs with individual level control
• LEVEL 3 - inverted phase audio signal input with individual level contorl
• CV 1 & 2 - 1V/octave  control voltage via sliders into the filter cutoff
• CV 3  - control voltage input via slider for resonance control
• KEYTRACK - 1V/octave  control voltage directly into the filter cutoff
• OUTPUT - audio signal output

 
There are high quality Alpha rotary potentiometers for adjusting frequency cutoff, resonance and the three signal input levels, along with Bourns LED slide potentiometers for frequency modulation from CV1 and CV2 inputs, as well as CV3 for resonance contol.

The module comes with a set of M3 mounting screws and washers, and a standard 10 to 16-way Doepfer power cable.
